Shipping:
All of our current shipping options are through Canada Post.
Per Item shipping of small items (such as CD's) is available to destinations in Canada and the US. This shipping method is reqular mail service and does not include any insurance or tracking of your product. Delivery times can vary with distance and mail volumes. Since this method of shipping is uninsured, we will not be held responsible for cosmetic damage (ie: broken jewel cases) which may occur during transit. We will however, ship a second administrative backup of your product in the event that the product arrives in an unusable state or not at all.
Canada Post shipping provides tracking and insurance for your order. Various options are available based on shipping destination and required timeframe for delivery. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to delays in shipping.
Free Shipping is offered when the before tax value of your order corresponds to the shipping address in the following chart:

Free shipped items will be shipped by the most cost effective method we offer. We will cover the cost of shipping but any additional fees (ie Customs fees for international shipment's) will still be your responsibility.
Local Pickup is available if you would rather pick up your order than have it shipped. While we do offer local pickup, we are not a retail store and ask that you contact us to arrange a pickup date and time.
Returns:
Due to the Personalized nature of our products, under normal circumstances, we are unable to provide for returns. All products are inspected and tested prior to shipping. If your product proves to be defective or is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to sort the issue out. Any return shipping will be the responsibility of the puchaser.
Payments:
Items will be shipped once your payment has been received and cleared.
